Just a guess but it sounds like someone you reviewed complained about something not being accurate.  The "not verifiable" language is used if a provider claims you did not actually see her.  It's one way they have of killing reviews where, for example, the numerical scores are not to their liking. There's really no way to know for sure, as Admin isn't always consistent at responding.

usually end up having reviews turned down the first time.  It's happened to a few clients of mine, which is what makes established reviewers such a commodity as clients on here for the ladies.
