Then , in my own  experience, i find out that on east coasts even in the  city you are under almost surveillance!!!! BY EVERYBODY .. your neighbors, door men,  everybody wants put nose in your life

I need tell you that I lived in Midwest and WEST  there is WAY way WAY way more privacy

On East Coast - ONLY hotels!!

Then simply to put.. it is extremely rare that you will meet deserving lady in deserving high end residence - if she has such - she lives not alone there.
Or just do not want see you there.
And that said - you be going to local back page girl more likely in place you would not like  
Why not take 3- 4 star hotel with upscale high end normal fresh kinky woman.
I am not the only one here who would be happy drive to location which is convenient  for potential client
 for min 2- 3 hours.
Of course you need then et aside a time  as 2- 3 hours to spend with lady.. but .. it is what it takes to be a gentleman)
