This worthless piece of crap has been trying to use my handle
njnyclv as a reference.  In tbe last three weeks he has contacted several ladies thst i have reviewed.  Who have in turn contactede.

I am uoset that he is doing that but more concerned for ladues safety

I got a text yesterday from a number I had no record of saying "Hey hun I'm finally back in the states. I'm going to use you as a reference...that is, unless I can reserve you for the spring in NY, DC, Chicago and Toronto" I asked him to send an email with his screening info so I could search for his contact. He sent the email below and attempted to book appointments with two different ladies. They emailed me for a reference. I searched and could not find any of his info in my records.  
 
I called the number and IMMEDIATELY recognized the very nasally Jersey accent as a guy who tried to get me to come to NJ in a car service he ordered to my hotel in NY. At the time he was using the name Joey and had a aTER profile with over a dozen reviews of top rated providers. One of his two reference had come back as "He's safe to see." I am guessing she merely checked the TER handle he provided (he did not actually have access to the profile though) I almost got in that limo to NJ and the other reference came back before the car service arrived stating that the gentleman whose profile he was referencing was from Philadelphia, not new Jersey and the phone number/email didn't match her record. This guy raped and robbed a provider apparently who was careless enough to get in a black car and go to the address he gave her in New Jersey.

Man! I hear about this guy all the time...  
  He contacts every girl he finds on Eros.  I'm disappointed to hear that he's started using the TER handles of whitelisted gentlemen.  Ladies, one of thing you can do when a hobbyist sites his TER account as a reference is request that he send you an email from his TER account. (Same goes for p411). That way, you'll know if he's really affiliated with that account or if he's just using some other guy's handle.  

Also, ladies... As much as you want to berate this man when he contacts you.  (I know it's tempting to want to tell him he's an asshole who's been blacklisted)... It's actually safer for everyone if you politely decline or make up an excuse that you are booked, etc.  This way he keeps using the same contact info and everyone is safer.  Every time you tell him he's been blacklisted and you know who he is, you run the risk of him just creating another alias and email account that we don't recognize

He contacted me last night (5/14/16) under the name "Joe" claiming his TER handle is njnyclv, from Manhattan,NY. VerifyHim has him as Patrick Pierre, so ladies be warned. The phone # he used is 917-975-6300. Idk if he's LE or what. What a jerk.

is that was victimized is unknowingly jeopardizing every providers safety.  Merely posting here will not do it.  LE wants him, not her.

I've seen these Joey warnings before so it's either going to be dealt with the right way or just continue.
