Use a provider with a history and a track record, in other words, a girl with many reviews by known clients (common handles you see on the boards). The best way to pay, well most girl will only accept cash on the first time, and I think you would have to know them a while for a provider to take a check and who wants a paper trail. As far as the approach, you should tell them you saw their site and reviews and you are interested in setting up a sesseion, ask her "what do I have to do to make this happen?", and she will lead you though it.  Just be relaxed, being nervous and jumpy won't help you or her. When you meet her let her control things for a while so she feel comfortable with you, remember she is just as nervous as you are and try to be conversational, the more you talk the more comfortable she'll feel, at least that works for me, I still get nervous on a first time meeting, I like the feeling but I get nevous nontheless. One more thing, a provider that doesn't ask for too much info should send up a red flag. Lot of Luck.
