Allow me to start by thanking you for relisting me and allowing reviews for me to be submitted by my clients.
My quandary, however, is that I do not have my reviews connected to my user name and am, therefore, unable to utilize the other TER privileges available to me (e.g., private messaging, the white list, the "see my reviews" link when I post in the discussion boards, etc.).
I would also like to mention that I do, indeed, have the TER logo on my website, as is required.
Any assistance you can offer in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I was under the misconception that certain privileges other than the "see my reviews" link were available to me without purchasing a VIP account (such as being able to read my own reviews). I intend to pay for the VIP account today so that I will be capable of utilizing the other functions and reading my reviews.
As for writing to the staff, I have already sent them an email nearly a week ago (to no avail) asking them to link my reviews to my user name, so that is why I turned to the board for help. Needless to say, my reviews have yet to be linked, nor have I gotten a response.
Therefore, Moderator, if you are reading this: perhaps there was an oversight, so I kindly ask you once again to please link my reviews to my user name. I thank you in advance for what I know will be your prompt attention and kind consideration in this matter.
