A week or two ago, many AMPs were not answering their phones, a sign of a clamp down of some sort. I don't know if it was a major organized sweep or just one stupid mistake at one place that spread the fear. I don't know if it was one hour or three days.

This week, it seems to be back to normal for now.  (Except that Irene might shut EVERYBODY down on Sunday.)
