To be more precise, in New York State, it's legal for women to go topless anywhere men can go topless.

I seem to remember years ago reading in the New York Post that it was legal to go topless in the subway... curious information.  I never partook of this liberty, but it is good to know in the event I spill something on myself or another lady whilst travelling.  Always want to obey the law.

I prefer to keep my mysteries close to me to enjoy the unveiling to a special few, if you know what I mean... sorry to disappoint.
