Looking for a specific scenario where a lady comes early in the morning, slides into bed while I am sleeping, and slowly wakes me and arouses me, feeds me herself as breakfast, and takes care of the obvious reaction.  Then cares for me, runs a shower and cleans each other, helps me dress, etc.  Very much a girl Friday thing.
