If you search the posts you will come up with a few instances of poor service without any comment on there part.

This agency seems to be hit or miss, depending on who you ask and lately it seems as if its all misses.

I had one of their girls bail on me the same day of the appointment in Hawaii.  They said she didn't make the trip.  If so, they could have advised me the day or two before and I would have had time to make alternative plans.

I have had both good and bad with them. On the positive side, the models I have actually seen offered GFE times and the agency was always responsive and helpful in setting up the appointment. More recently, I have had two negative experiences, which in both cases prevented me from actually meeting the model. In the first, I never received a critical email, and had no way of determining the location. In the second, I arrived on time, went to the room, knocked, and received no response. Stayed around the hotel for about 30 minutes, alternating between knocking on the door and calling the room from the lobby hotel phone. Finally gave up. I suspect the latter scenario has, unfortunately, become more prevalent.

I've had good experience with the MGFs themselves but the support staff (email, appt makers) have been falling down on the job of late. I was AT the location waiting for the room number: no email, no reply to my emails, etc. I tried to get schedule details to make an appt: no reply to my emails, etc.

I have had some emails since, mostly assuring me that everything is OK but I haven't tried to book again, yet.

Hello gentlemen,
                        first let me tell you that I deeply apologize about the service that you received from us lately. There no justification to that but I would like to say that hotels in NY this summer cause us big headaches!! The prices has double and even triple or even at time there couldn't even extend because the hotel was sold out ect.. We, and the models was not ready for that in terms of planification, money and organisation of their trips. They had to change hotel on many occasions in a short stay and that's what cause all this trouble!! Lately thing seems to cool down a bit with the end of the summer and hopefully it will remain like that for a while!

In anycase, customer satisfaction is a main priority for us and we thank you for letting us know and we will find solutions and to start with, we will now have a phone line and a live chat for emergency like that.

But on your side gentlemen,  I noticed that a big percentage of you are unreachable before the appointments so when there is a last minute changes, it is really hard for our new secretaries in training to make a follow up with you. Please always make sure that your cell phone is on a few hours before the appointment or check your emails if you can.  Because, yes, last minute changes happen! We are all human and yes sometimes the girls can't pass the borders, sometimes they are sick or they have to go back to Montreal unexpected for personnal reasons ect.. We are trying our best to control that but is not that easy..

But your explanation doesn't cover all of the cases. I had confirmed a time and general location a day in advance to see someone I had seen before. I left work early to be there, not always an easy thing to arrange. I had e-mail back and forth with your staff using local wifi connections starting more than one hour before the appointment time. I confirmed that I was almost there, would be there on time, even EARLY, and then, SUDDENLY, there were no more replies to my e-mails. I sent a new e-mail every ten minutes: "I am in the area [a neighborhood in nyc]. Which hotel? Which room?" No reply, NOTHING. You already have my phone, I sent it again anyway and asked for a text or even a blocked call (I said I would answer). Nothing.

If the room was lost, contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, apologize and let us move on. If the MGF is sick or has an emergency, contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and let us move on. Do not "NCNS" (no call, no show) us. I was NCNSed!

For a few weeks after that NCNS appointment, I sent many e-mails asking if *I* had done something wrong: no replies. I asked about making another appointment: NO REPLIES. Etc. Then I saw posts to TER about similar experiences.

I hope you will add a telephone system, even if only for MGF members or already approved or established gentlemen. But if you do add a telephone system THE STAFF HAVE TO *ANSWER* THE PHONES AND KNOW HOW TO REPLY TO QUESTIONS AND ADDRESS PROBLEMS, not ignore them and let things get worse.

The actual MGFs themselves are blameless and have nothing to do with this communication problem and may even have missed appointments they wanted to keep but they are caught in the middle of us wanting to see them and the support staff having to do a better job to make that happen.

I hope the new system works much better.

In the meantime, my schedule and the MGF's schedules aren't matching up. :-(  When they do, I'll be back!! :-)

EDIT: I PMed you at TER about the problem on 7/19 but I only just got a PM reply today, 8/20. I hope the system is going to work better from now on. Merci.

they always emailed me, and NEVER ONCE DID I EVER GET AN APPOINTMENT CANCELLED , AND I MEAN EVER, if it occurred i would tell whole board, ask sexogenarian if that occured it to him, they are relaible and sound company, and there LADIES ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alexandra its good that you are here addressing these issues now, but it has been weeks that theses issues have been aired. We all know that in some instances there are things beyond our control but they should have been addressed sooner. At least you are now.

I know some gentleman might be hard to reach, but if there are issues such as hotel room  availability shouldn't all that be taken care of before you send along the info and have people waiting?

Canceling is understood, but NCNS is a different story. Agencies and indy girls wouldn't put up with this behavior if it was constantly happening with the gentleman.

Its good to see your aware of the problem and have taken action to correct it, hopefully this was just a blip on the radar and your support staff is up to the task of customer service.

Now on to better things, who is visiting NY, and when is Victoria coming back.

You could try to book hotels through the service below. I have no affiliation with them at all -- plus, I've never used them -- but I know mongers who use them regularly to set up "outcall" appointments with providers. There are similar services like this online, too.

A couple of months ago, I had an experience in which I booked in advance, confirmed both online and by email, was given the location and room #, showed up and the girl said she didnt know I was scheduled and wasnt expecting anyone....

And even before this experience, and certainly since, there have been MANY occasions where I booked in advance and the girls cancel their trips, some times a week before, some times a day before.  It feels to me that the agency is taking a "throw spaghetti against the wall and see what sticks" approach.  ie if the girl doesnt get enough advance bookings, might as well just cancel the trip.  they move on to the next girl to see if she have better luck.  its business savvy, but very frustrating for us clients.  Also, from the website, you can see that there are so many girls turning-over, coming and going all the time.  I just can't feel it's as stable or reliable as it used to be, even though bringing new faces are good, of course.

Also, can you guys get someone to actually get the website to work properly..  i've never had good experience with the online interface..
