I advertised on Eros Guide since 2006. I put a lot of money in their pocket, lot of food in their mouth.
I never used fake pictures, never.I referred a lots of costumers, aka my sexy girlfriends to them.
Then Monday I decided to run the spring recess and inauguration specials for 2 weeks, including the
15 minutes french. I run my business the way I want it to and If I am in a mood to run any cert of specials, I don't have to ask the permit of the old lady from Eros, who only have a job, because of the MERCY of MY and other provider's french lessons.
Then Thursday afternoon I got a voicemail that they decided to suspend my account cuz I wanted to put an ad up, that would include the phrase"15 minutes french."
The ad never went through.
After 5 years as a major costumer, who put a lot of food on her mouth, because of my local ads and visiting ads(Remember I was travelling to a lot of places last year), I would think that they would call me to say that the expression"15 minutes french" is ambiguous, and I should think about removing from my ad NOT to suspend my account without any warning.
 The decision was made from the old lady. SHARON who is suffering from french deprivation.
If one of you can give her a nice, hard, pound, maybe just maybe she will fill the void in her sexless life and will not try to introduce her needs by scrutinizing provider's ads.
I have a very low oppinion about sharon. And I don't give a hoot, I don't give a damn  what she thinks of me about my 15 minute french lessons. As long as I ENJOY IT,she can KISS MY ASS.Some providers like long arrangements, I like long arrangements too, but it so happens that I really enjoy 15 minutes french lessons. And I don't need to call Sharon to ask her permit about it. I hope that Chris, the founder of EROS GUIDE finds out soon that Sharon is reducing his cashflow and she will get laid off, and then maybe she can pay someone to get laid with. Cuz she needs it badly and I doubt that there is someone who want to get laid with her for free,because her 55 year old abs, hips and tights are out of warranty, expiration date is over long time ago and she will make man RUN from her and man will pay her not to touch them.
 Thanks god I already have a lot of repeated costumers across the country and I will find other websites to advertise, who will be more then glad to get my business.
And I hope that Sharon will get laid off and will be homeless and unemployed.
In the meantime she puts on many many fake pictures of new advertisers, who she doesnt know anything about it. And she cuts me off as a 4.5-year old, stable costumer.
Where is her business sence? She is getting older.
Chris, don't feel sorry about her anymore...Send her to retire...without retirement funds, of course
Any toughts ladies and gentleman? I want to hear about the many people who also think that EROS is a major scam and I want to create another website where we can all take our business.
Their costumer service is SUCKS, not my french lessons.

I've heard complaints about Eros for many years and I have certainly witnessed their fragrant lack of oversight in regard to celebrity photos being used, or providers finding their photos being used by someone else....I recall someone once said that if an Eros ad didn't have rates posted, that it probably wasn't a real ad, and that seems to always be true....out of curiosity, is Cityvibe the opposite? I never hear complaints about them and I have been very satisfied by the site, its functionality, and the results...

... I've seen countless stolen pictures of girls I met while modelling. Some of them are well known girls- Playboy models, Penthouse models and familiar glamour models- so their pictures are easily recognized. On eros, yes absolutely, but on many other advertising forums as well. Deviousness like that will, unfortunately, usually find a way to sneak through the cracks.

It's a sad state of affairs when someone lifts another girl's pictures to play off as her own.

Just my opinion but They dont want to be in the compared to Craigslist and BP...which by the way BP has stopped ladies from posting Ad that advertised 15min.  They must follow guidelines as well or lose the right to advertise a escort section on their site..Too much shit is happening in  the world and everyone is cracking down on how and where to advertise..More
importantly how you can advertise now.  Lets all play safe.

Me, I was annoyed when you select "Incall" and then it returns search results for "Incall and Outcall" and then you make the phone call and it's Outcall only...if you're lucky enough for them to pick up the phone.

They saw my ads for 4.5 years and they were never compaired to CL, just cuz I never advertised there. If they did not want that special in there, then they should of give me 24 hours to midify my ad.

They have more fake pictures than craigslist hun...
I do my best to make sure they will be wiped out from the industry.
Besides that I do whatever specials I want to.

The only difference between the "formal" craigslist("formal") cuz its History NOW is that Eros ripps you off with $200-$1000/month depending of what cert of packages you choose.
They give a hard time to providers all the time. At least they did a lot of stupid things with me during my 4.5 years with them.
They have a lots of fake pictures. All of those VIP ads in NEW YORK city and all over America who were detected by fakefinders could be found on CL as well.
Of course they welcome these glamorous VIP models, these fake high class courtsans who attempt  charge $2000-$3000 for a blow job.  It looks good on EROS. Then these miracle beauties don't get any business, so they loose a few hundred that they advertised on EROS.
These miracle models and they are like a tent, they are here today, gone tomorrow.
Especially after fakefinder finds their fake shit.
But it looks good on EROS. These people bring no business for them in a long run, cuz they are here today,gone tomorrow. I was here for 4.5 years and I am still here my business still booming with or without EROS.I am planning to leave the industry by the time I finish graduate school tough.
My business was booming, cuz I always accomodated my prices to the market. And in a free market, as Adam Smith said, you can charge WHATEVER YOU WANT. When the economy collapsed, I reduced my prices and my business kept booming while all the VIP models who refused to reduced the price, cuz they didnt wana be compared with craigslists girls  has been simply whiped out and gone broke.
Flat broke. Believe me, I know the details, remember I keep in touch the girls and sometimes they ask me:"Ivanka or(MY REAL NAME), can you please lend me $300 bucks? I am behind the rent.
My banc account is overdraft...and so and so on...
That was the storry in the past few years
Because my business was booming, I could afford to make the payments for EROS for 4.5 years, while these miracle advertisers were there for 1 or 2 months and they've been whiped out. But their ads looks good on eros, even tough its fake.

 In any case EROS created a fake profile, trying to send a message that they are better then Craigslist or Backpage by giving providers a hard time.
They will be History soon. I don't need them.
They neewd me more then I need them, by they BLOW IT!

I side with Ivanka on this.  Not because she is a wonderful GFE date and a truly genuine and sexy woman, but because Eros completely frustrates me too due to all the fake ads they allow.

Let's face it.  The only reason ladies would pay to put an ad up on Eros is because it provides value to them in attracting clients.  However, by allowing fake ads as a matter of routine, Eros undermines the very group that makes the site valuable; namely, potential clients seeking dates.  

How nice it would be if Eros assured that ads on its site were legitimate.  If they continue to offer a poor product to those who make it valuable, they will eventually be trumped by an honest site that meets the needs of the market.

Even Ivanka knows of Adam Smith.  The invisible hand rules. Eros, clean up your act or you're going down.

I have not ever used EROS to advertise.I have no ever paid for advert actually but I know many many girls do .
EROS looks nice but I always wondered if the ads of the fakes were actually placed by EROS to make it look good. I mean who would place ads over and over again with fake pics?Then no reviews for the fakes saying NO NO NO stay far away? The money involved to be lost when no one books or stays or pays? Why unless it was making you money in the end as in with ad dollars?
I am sure i could be wrong but that was my initial thought when first seeing EROS .I felt that way even more so after the FF and her copy cats were contacting them followed by them taking them down ASAP only to be replaced by more many times with the same phone numbers or contact information.Who would benfiit other than EROS I wonder.Thing is Ivamka you are real we all know that , you only should need reviews not ads if you have great reviews which you do madame That is how i get my business I am sure you get more like that as well than any eros ad.Good luck to you ,Lianna

Ivanka, I think Fefe makes some good points.  CL and BP are notorious for short time (i.e. 15 min) appointments and just happen to be notorious for lots of other negative things.  You could have circumvented by excluding that comment and putting in something like "ask about special on french lessons" or "haven't got half an hour - call me anyway" both of which might have intrigued the hobby community and gotten through there screening.

until i had discussion with them regarding this and they allowed to use this term if it is in context such as "Busty Russian companion" for example.

never had an issue since.

Its clearly stated in thier TOS, that using commonly understood sex acronyms (bj, french, cim) violates their guidelines. I dont generally advert specials or 15 minutes sessions so I just dont run into the issues that Ivanka did. They did tell me that I couldnt use "courtesan" in my ad, which was a little danunting. My tagline is "NYC's cooking courtesan" it had to be changed to "companion."

While I DONT agree with them completely killing Ivanka's ad, I do agree with them maintaining standards. Eros wants to advert companionship, not sex.

When I first started advertising, like everyone else I used CL and BP. From all the people who called, I only saw 2 clients. Everyone else wanted to prank call, not commit to a booking, haggled or was just plain creepy. Fortunately one of the 2 clients stuck with me for a year. From that income I could afford an Eros ad.
The Eros clients were light years better than anyone from CL/BP. Majority of the inquiries ended in bookings and very few people asked for discounts. Many of the clients whom Ive met thru eros continue to see me - that was a little more than a year ago. Eros brought most of my work and site hits, second only to Open adult directory.

BTW: just because there is no rate listed on the ad does not means its fake. I dont put my rates on my ads...its a pain to go back and change stuff if my rates change form year to year.

The Negatives:
I HATE the ads that arent related to escorts; sugar daddy sites, horny house wives porn etc.
I do agree the ad rates are STIFF, particually in the NY market, and they love to nickle and dime for every additional thing.
It is irritating that startup directories are always stealing my ad content from eros. My ad has wound up in places I never authorized. They could do a better job of protecting content.
They dont make it habit of rewarding long time customers, you have to ask for extras.

I was paying a little under 500 per month for my ad with them, but I always requested discounts or extras- and got them. I always provided feedback and the customer svc has always been paitient; going over hit stats with me so I can make educated choices regarding where i put my money.

Yes, they are pricy and using them during the off season can destroy your bottom line. Despite the negatives they have personally brought me the best clientele. This has been my experience - cant speak for anyone else.

I am quite sure that despite  the miss spelled phrases that I "coined" you guys understood everything I was barking about.
At this point I do need EROS but I do intend to kick their ass. Just for the sake of it.
Cuz they took my money for 4.5 years. I kick their ass.
