thinking I didnt read the whole thing? I am a college graduate with a double masters. I also know real eastate as I happen to own several properties here in Manhattan. As far as the statement goes about " low income housing credit", easy to get if you know how and most smart women, (providers number 1) know exactly how to go about getting this. The beauty about being a provider is, we run OUR own business. Hence we GET PAID. So, even the stupidest provider is TAKING your money ...
