Juice bars are plentiful, Juice Generation has stores all over Manhattan. As for lunch, if you like Burgers you can't go wrong w 5 Napkin Burger on 9th &44th, or Bareburger in that same area

I recommend you to check Angelica kitchen in downtown, they don't take rsvn and it's vegetarian, also Liquiteria juice on lower east side, the best juice place in the city in my opinion. I like Pure Food and Wine in Gramercy, they have beautiful outdoor patio, and on the side there is One Lucky duck juice place. For meat Quality Meat on West 58th street or Peter Luger in Brooklyn, porter house is so good there and they take cash only just like us).

As for breakfast, if you are in LES, try Clinton St. Bakery, always a great choice and don't forget Balthazar in SOHO. For lunch, get some Ramen at Ippudo. For a real great upscale lunch at an extraordinary price Gotham Bar and Grill!! Make a reservation however. Empire Diner in Chelsea, hope that helps.

If you have a taste for upscale mexican - I just found it, SUPER fresh, try the Baja tacos - Whole Foods is also nearby at Columbus Circle.
Btw your video is HOT.

Anyone that's been to Grimaldi's knows they don't do slices
