NYConfidential, Pink, Chase and Boutique have moved to the head of the class since I left NYC.  Mona Lisa Models remains in the top rung of agencies.  These agencies seem to have the top-rated girls with the best photos up on their sites.  What are their ties, if any?  A number of the ladies are on more than one site with the same pics and name while others use different names with different agencies.  Why choose one agency over the others?  Boutique claims to be a little different.  Is it really?
