I'm not a doctor and not qualified to give medical advice, the following represents only one persons experience.

I haven't been to a regular doctor for years, didn't have any pressing issues. Once I hit my 40's slim jim was still able to salute the twins, but it just wasn't the rock hard piece of steel it was in my 20's and 30's. So I did some investigating online and found a reliable online pharmacy. Never had them tested but they seemed to work, and the quality of my erection definitely improved, things where stronger more rigid and didn't fall apart so quickly when things where finished.

Whenever time came for re-orders I did my research and made sure there weren't any stories of rip-off's or useless pills. Last time I came across a new supplier, with better reviews over a good period of time, and prices where 10% cheaper. The pills came from overseas, but I wasn't really that worried.

I tried the first one and they seemed to work better, things where much stronger, so I kept using them. I took my pill before a session and things went great, had an awesome time. On the way home I was little more tired than normal so stopped and got an energy drink. About an hour later I was having heart palpitations, they got worse and later that night it got so bad I had a trip to the emergency room, it felt like a heart attack. I had to be less than honest since my significant other took me and my afternoon plans would not have made her happy. Eventually they where able to get my heart rate down, and send me home, after the scariest few hours of my life.

I followed up with a new regular physician told him I got the pils from a buddy, and about the energy drink. He gave me quite a scolding about taking pills of questionable origin which aren't as monitored/controlled. He said like most "self prescribed" patients especially men & magic pills we assume more is better, this isn't true and can often turn out to be problematic. He said some indian "generics" have bad interactions with caffeine and energy drinks. Once he is sure I didn't do any damage, we'll talk about getting a legit prescription, but for now no pills for a while. When I got home the pills went right in the trash.

So my advice to you fellow hobbyists, be careful with the magic pills you get on the net. Hopefully if you are ok with playing in the hobby, you won't be embarrassed about talking about ED meds with a real doctor. it may be cheaper, but if it puts you in the hospital it's not worth it.

Not sure if I could have died, and hope I didn't do any permanent damage, but I learned my lesson and hopefully some of you might benefit from my experience. Lets be careful out there and not let the little head do the thinking the big head should do.
