Was wondering how does a provider become Ms.TER. At first I thought it was age or beauty but the more attention I pay the more i see that's not the case.

I know 3 ladies who have been Ms. TER and they are all very deserving and special.  It's like Playmate of the Month, not all may be your cup of tea - but wouldn't you want to say you spent time with one?

As let say for new establishments in art - so you may know that first round REQUIRE  voting of lets say 250 voice - to get on the second round.. so people do ask friends to vote for them and  tweet, and Facebook gathering votes - here - ON TER for my knowledge it is even more tough then  get grant from the bank - here EVERY day during 30 days lady needs post pic and  manage to beat up all competitors with amount of the votes .. so judge yourself ..  
I do not care to do it other ladies do ..- Good business skills . management  and dedication
 as to me those ladies have to be hired in marketing departments.
And I said that with my best indents.
