On other sites, I have seen messages that were against the rules deleted without any notification.  Fortitude, you are always so polite in your explantaions to people as to what's wrong with their posts, and you make the extra effort to correct their links.

I just wanted to say, I think you are doing a bang up job.  

I try to get all moderated messages out to the board on the same day they were posted.  Sometimes I need to hold them back because of the guidelines re 7 day intervals for provider ads.  Other ads that are more CL-like never even get to the board due to guidelines.

And those ladies that I have been polite to should be working to conform to guidelines because I can only give them so much latitude.

Lastly, I have had to hold back posts that have just been downright  nasty, and in one instance blatantly racist.
