I agree. That's why I offer a price point I feel comfortable with for an all inclusive experience without up selling or tipping required. I know the price point may be out of reach for some, but I feel it allows me to feel comfortable and enjoy my time with someone without having to negotiate...

We each have a way of running our own show to behove both players in this game.
No two Providers run ther show the exact same.
That being said, not offering a surcharge for going to Greece sure sounds rough for a girl.
Also, I understand the concept of avoiding an incrimination conversation...but to toss out extras for nothing extra seems mighty painful.
