there is a providor you really would like to meet, you have references, and for some reason she never replies to your emails, which have your references? Do you give up? Or keep trying, if theres anything you can include in an email that would get her to reply

Also, many ladies have assistants or a screener service. They will answer all their mails or calls (if a lady has a mail only policy, it can be the case).
