I have been to Checkmates, if you can get in( they are selective so dress nicely and have an attractive woman with you) Good looking crowd with ages  20s to 50s.
One to avoid is LeTrapeze.

depends if you are solo or w a date.
If you are solo they are no such thing as a good swing club in NYC a few accept single males on weekdays but the action is very limited.

Can you PM or post an approx. location for Taste? I like the look of it and am looking for something to do when I'm in town but I'm not that familiar with the city and am hoping to stay relatively near the hotel (Midtown) on my free nights.
Any info you believe I should know would be appreciated, I've never visited a swingers club in the US and don't know if there is anything I should be aware of due to the different laws (I'm Canadian).
