And over 30 would be considered mature in this entertainment field in my humble opinion.  

It is not like a skilled trade or an artist or a doctor or a human, its like modeling or sports there is a window 18 to 30 for most, the super stars can play later into their career. 30 to 40 is the mature crowd and 40 and over is the senior circuit. Even Derek Jeter is retiring. Thats for the ladies the guys its whatever you can afford! You are sexy until you are poor.
