I've always been at least a two pop kind of guy.
So much so that it would sometimes even be a dealbreaker for me when selecting my next rendezvous. I remember one time about 4 years ago where one ATF of mine actually managed to get me to pop THREE times in the first HALF HOUR. (She had taken it on as a bit of a challenge and I couldn't help but be a bit impressed with both her and myself.)
It started out slowly about a year ago. Once in awhile that 2nd pop just wouldn't arrive despite my best efforts. At first I just chalked it up to exhaustion or the mood just "not being right".
However, my last three dates have left me disappointed in myself. First pop came as scheduled, followed by an intermission. Round two became more and more difficult to get going but eventually did. After exhausting both of ourselves, I would just have to throw in the towel, apologize to her that it just wasn't going to happen again.
This evening I met with a very sexy young lady with whom I've seen many times. She knows how to turn me on, she knows what I like without asking. When she couldn't get the 2nd pop out of me I became convinced that I had crossed over to the category of "one pop guy."
I honestly, albeitly naively, never thought this would happen to me. But on the bright side, I think I will just have to change my approach to my dates. Actually I think this might make me a better lover in the long run, forcing me to focus on quality instead of quantity.
Rather, I measure this based on my perception as to whether the lady I am with is also enjoying herself. If so, then everything else is cool.
One piece of advise...if you really need to get off more than once, then maybe you should go for an extended meeting.

Arrived at the place you are in a number of years ago. I used to relish the chance to get off multiple times during a session. Then it became less possible as I grew older. So, I switched the paradigm. Now I prefer the entire experience. A nice bottle of wine, some intelligent conversation, prolonged foreplay, and a slow build up to a shattering climax. Just to ease your concerns, it is always age-related. I run marathons, hit the gym every other day, and have no extra weight. As we age it happens. But, if you focus on the entirety of the session, the end result is better than the rushed goal to have multiple, less intense "pops."
That's the way I do.....multiple pops was always easier but 2 takes some time. Time is not always on my side but enjoy the time bud...one pop does wonders for the heart. Turning 57 soon.

I will be 49 in a few months. I swim 2-3 days a week and lift weights 3 time a week. The cardiovascular exercise helps out a lot. It is like Viagra. If you can't swim walk 1 hour 3 times a week or split the walking up into 1/2 hour segments.
I was up from 7:00 am on Tuesday to 5 am this Wednesday. Got the wife for a round and woke up at 8:00 hard as rock, even hard when I took a piss. I decided to see the provider got wild (had 2 pops). It must have been the breakfast that I ate at 4:30 am (tuna and cereal), plus the swimming that I did on Saturday and Monday. Sunday I did weight lifting.
I had no idea I could get 3 pops in with hardly any sleep. Amazing what one can do when exercising on a regular basis.
SO, SO, SO TRUE!!! I was always a regular at the gym, but i changed my DIET and increased my gym time and it's made a huge difference!!!
