I see girls about once a month; have been doing so for about the last 5 years. Never posted a review ( Sorry ) but often log onto TER prior to going out for a date. Over this time have had the good mixed with the bad. Was even involved with a provider for the better part of a year. ( During which time she gave up providing and I was only with her. ) There are tons of beautiful women in NYC. Within the hobby I've seen some that were really good looking. Have had plenty of sexual partners---both girlfriends and providers. Some average looking some very attractive. I'm thinking about posting some reviews soon. I guess I'm a tough critic? Why does it seem that so many reviews exaggerate sexual peformance and looks? The Performance----we're given a scale of 1 to 10. Of course the lower ratings 1 to 5 are easy to accept. Once we get past 7 ------ I start to wonder? Between girlfriends and providers I've run the scale of 1 to 9. I figure if I have a 10 or once in a life time experience that's gonna mean I either die in bed or the medics are gonna have to revive me. Conservatively, I'm guessing I've seen 50 providers. I've been with some women who regularily receive 8s , 9s or 10s; the absolute highest I would have ever rated any of these women was an 8. Not that I didn't have a great time. But, what are these women doing to you other guys that 9s and 10s are fairly common? Am I that picky? On plenty of occassion both the girl and I had really good sex.....on a few occassions great sex .....and I've been highly complimented on my skills.....but am I missing out on something here? If I were to rate the average performance of the girls I've been with it would be 5 to 7. With maybe a few 8s thrown in for the cream of the crop. ( If you were wondering I have spent as little as $120 and up to $800 for an hour. ) Now onto something more concrete. LOOKS. Of course this can be easily skewed by much fun the girl is, her attitude and performance. ( I'm not saying I'm such a good looker. Maybe a 6.8? ) How can there be so many 8s, 9s and 10s? 6s, 7s and some 8s okay-----but lots of 9s and 10s??? Really Hot in my book or an 8---- Courtney Cox, Drew Barrymore and Helena Bonhom Carter. 9s---- Selma Hyack, Elle MacPherson, Denise Richards and most of the girls from Victoria Secrets Ads. 10s ----hmmmn that's tough ---maybe Paulina Porizkova in her SI prime? Wrapping up here ( and sorry for any typos ) When posting a review in the future should I stick by my tough and honest standards? Even, if it bucks the trend of prior reviews? Or, stretch the truth and be nice to a provider who is a nice time (6) and attractive (8)? But----give her 7s or 8s?
We may well be thinking with our brains (the one on our big heads!). For example, I can think of one provider I saw in N Carolina (see my reviews) who I rated as a 9. So have many others. If I just saw her in the street or at a bar, I might really say 7. So why the difference? Because, Josh, we are thinking. Some of these women start to talk, smile in just a certain way, exude a warmth that is impossible to put into words, are true seductresses that change how you see them and they becomes 9's. Sometimes a woman partially clothed is more beautiful than one completely nude. Her words, light in her eyes...these are aspects that give her (and you) dimension. I have been with women who are clearly 9's to start with, but when they start to talk, they plummet to 5. Great bodies but what were they thinking when they put that outfit on!?
Perhaps you could help grade inflation nonetheless by starting to participate in the reviews. Clearly you use this as an asset of TER, but do not contribute your part. Geez, they even give you credit for VIP to do it.
I started out reviewing thinking the same way you do. As I met a number of providers I realized that it was unfair to them if I "rated" them significantlly more critically than other reviewers. I then started to use a comparison system where I compared their looks and performance to those I had already reviewed. I still reserve 10 for only the best of the best.
