Your post is confusing. You are saying that the providers who are highly rated for appearance on TER do not meet your expectations, yet you are asking reviewers on TER to provide names of providers who are highly rated for appearance.
 You also have no reviews listed so there is no way anyone can get a sense of what you eel did not meet expectations.

unfortunately to find the true gems you got to do a lot of your own research. but you can start by searching for girls with a minimum rate of 1500 and you will start to get closer.

It isn't hard to find a solid 7-9 in NYC who would need maybe just a little bit of funding in terms of cosmetic upkeep, gym memberships, pilates classes, et,c and could easily become a 10. If it's becoming such an issue that you are now hopelessly whining on review boards on i,t maybe invest actual time and energy into creating a solution. You would know exactly what you were getting every time, and the provider would possibly see a boost in their income from all the improvements? If you can find the right person, that could be a very ideal situation.

I find the majority of my providers on X. A girl with a social media presence of at least a year along with a website is 99% good. If you set $1K as a bare minimum you will not be disappointed. The girls at $1K-2K are exceptional. You can’t go wrong.
