Maybe they cant afford to work there! Its just as much to advertise on bpage 427.00 a week,eros 175 month, cvibe 10.00 a post.  Hotels ask for a very high deposit, its just not busy enough to get the hotel for200-300 on a week night for  a mere 150.00an hour (which is what clients are talking) which is a third world incall rate.
If ppl want quality you have to be good to the girls who do show up and dont "offer" lower than what is a typically average donation of at least 250 an hour. Good service is impossible to give when you are answering the phone and panicking about missing appointments to cover hotel and ads for a week.
