You do one of two things if you truly want to spend that PayPal money with providers:

1. Link your personal account and withdraw the money from PayPal.
You then withdraw the amount in cash from your personal debit account. The personal account will show net zero but I presume you're avoiding the paper trail on the deposit/withdrawal.

2. Get a Paypal debit card.  
This is pretty self explanatory.

There will be a wait time on both of these transactions.

I'm also confused why you have no other avenues of paying if your intentions are good. You could buy a prepaid loaded credit card /green dot and have her verify the balance in the room...
You should add at least $20 on top of the donation for the extra card fees.
