I will be visiting NYC for a photo shoot and will be available for incall in the midtown area Oct 28th to Nov 4th
and would like to know what directories are best for advertising.
I currently advertise in Eros and Cityvibe in Vegas but get most of my business from TER.

I use Eros and TER to identify the providers I want to see.  I hope your trip goes well.

I use Eros and TER.  When used together they have produced reliable and accurate information.

Early to late evenings and weekends are the hours I prefer.

I tend to stay very, very close to TER and when I branch out, it's with NY EROS (Long Island).
I prefer weekday mornings on Long Island, early in the morning!

Being in New Jersey, I check both Eros-NY and Eros-Phil. I do not like Cityvibe for ads but many providers put in direct links to their TER reviews, which you do, and which is most helpful in deciding whether I am "really" interested.  So I use EROS to see who is available and TER to figure out which providers have the best recommendations from their clients.  Those providers I make VIP favorites and have auto e-mails delivered when new reviews are filed.

To answer your time question, I have my own business and since most dating is a Mon-Fri activity, I prefer late morning-early afternoons (10Am-2Pm) since I can control my schedule and most business deals occur at night.  I find everyone is not rushed (read clock watcher) and not tired from a possible long day at the "office".

Based on my ol' friend BDJ4ME's review of you alone, I'm looking forward to your visit!!

This is my first trip to NYC.
I don't know if I am ready to venture out to Long Island just yet.
I have never even been to JFK or La Guardia before.
I do have a photo shoot and there is my birthday during my trip for which I will be in Manhattan.

And there is at least 1 person on this board that thinks I will not do well in Manhattan which I will not name.
