My co worker tells me Minnesota, especially twin city area has lots hot women.  Not providers, just in general..since that area was settled by Scandinavian/Viking ancestry....mostly tall, curvaceous blondes.

Many fine ladies from Florida, and they tour more often than most ladies from other parts of the country.  Most of the better ladies pass though NYC several times per year, and befriending them will mean that you will have fun when/if you vacation in Florida.

Vegas is different, as the ladies from there don't tend to travel as much.  So, while building a friendship is not as easy, there are so many hot ladies out there, it shouldn't matter.  Most of their clients are gents that travel there, and they will be more than happy to play if your schedules align.  

Never forget that that there are ladies from all over the world that travel/tour NYC, and if you treat them correctly, they will remember, and reciprocate when you meet them in their home area, or on the road.

but seems like there are lots of great opportunities in the Carolinas

As a NYC hobbyist and one who travels for business, I have several home bases.  I can tell you that the Carolinas SEEM to have good talent but I have not had much luck.  Tennessee is very hit and miss.  Atlanta as a GREAT scene and tons of great choices.  Florida is stocked as well.  

In terms of places I haven't been that seem to be loaded with talent?  Southern California and Denver
