I've been knocking around the hobby in NY for about a decade now.  And (as some of you know) because I simply cannot tolerate a rubber, my options are always limited.   I tend towards mutual FBSM and uncovered oral.  That's it.   But I have found that my favorites (who I've been seeing for years) become friends (I'm sure that happens to a lot of us), and generally the gals who earn my trust are those who can separate their "work" from themselves.   And every one of those are not FS providers.    And that, for me at least, tends towards more rewarding relationships.  That's only happened four times in ten years, and a couple of those relationships are still active.    Some of you may call me a deluded fool, but it's what works for me.

Ive been in this hobby since i discovered women I love women all types I like the fun you have no strings and when you meet one you click with it makes it better in some cases the clock goes away some boundaries are removed and thats all great but if your looking for a relationship dont think that ever works out  
Ive read so many stories on similar boards of guys falling in love and never works or ends badly  
I tend to enjoy the moment Ive have a few with fantastic women and thank everyone of them they do Gods work
I like the butterflies when you meet her the first time or being relaxed meeting a friend you see before

Not signing off at all.  Just an observation after meeting a newer fave this week, just for lunch.  That's it.  Lunch.   And it was thoroughly enjoyable.  

It's not love; certainly not in the usual sense (given what the gals do for a living).  But it's  more meaningful and satisfying  than the many gals I have seen and not connected with.   And, oddly enough, it has nothing to do with money.   Yes, I pay them for "work" sessions.  But I don't pay them for their time when we have lunch, or when we go see a show (back when there were shows .  .  .)   They are friends; good friends;  with benefits.

And yes, I realize that you aren't actually "apologizing" for it, lol

 
I have become very good friends with lots of hookers over the years, some of them would send out search parties if they didn't hear from me for more than 24 hours as we spoke literally EVERY day. Others I have had "real relationships" with, as in BF/GF where money no longer came into play at all, and then like you I have had other girls where I would pay for sessions like any other client, but then we'd go out for dinner, drinks, the movies just like I would do with any other female friend because we enjoyed each other's company.  

 
So many guys (and girls) think in black and white terms, that you are either in strictly a hooker/john relationship, or you are head over heels in love without allowing for the huge gray area in between. My suggestion (as if you really need it. lol) is to keep doing you. It seems to be working for you without any unsolicited advice from the rather jaded peanut gallery that we have here
