sipsap website anyone have experience with this?

I found a post on this site sipsap that caught my eye but I have a healthy dose of skepticism, any opinion on these types of postings?

Don't waste your time. Bogus ads for the most part. B&S both times I used it.

Sipsap is for SAPS..Don’t waste your time with non TER reviewed agencies or providers-Read on

Beware of Bait & Switch and the risks of assault, robbery or just getting ripped off. Stick with the TER reviewed agencies or providers. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

There are a few well known providers on there. But a whole ton of way, way, way TGTBT. All indications I have gotten is that it is, by and large, a SCAM. Found this thread on TER by doing a Google search. Tried to start a thread on MN board on the sipsap subject, but it was never posted by mod. This is a stale thread. Posting for those who happen to stumble across it.
