going to be doing my bathroom which is now ceramic over in marble i have to select marble. I was going to get done anyways had called licensed contractors and know hpw much job goes for. I also since he is doing it upfront n getting material am gving him  a discount just like you would if some one loaned you money and you pay em back more. I also think he is really sexy. I d be happy to see more of him anyways somits a win win for me. Its also good sometimes the guys wives watch thier outgoing money and when they can work this out I mean if you were gonna pay for mit to get done any how. I also another time moved into we wprked out before an apt anpother contractor made w me in mind he put light s with dimming switch gping up stairs along bottom stairs, then dimming lights sorounding the inlet with huge skylight where bed went. I n a two floor apt on water in East Boston. I got to move in for 500 and a 10 second quick bbj. Then was mostly dinner dates we did alot after. The apt was like 1,400 month so it was pretty sweet deal.
                 It was actually my old landlord but i had like him alot n then left his apts n wanted to come back. long history we had knowing each other so. It wasnt same as barter with random stranger either. he knew what i did as my old sugar daddy would meet him with rent check once a month years before when I rented from him. He is also in shape hot sezy italian with nice ink n nice clothes n sports cars. So again win win, i liked being with him anyways, the rest was bonuses. He was funny too. Speaking a this I need to go return his phone call !   Just fyi though I got in trouble for posting in search of for contsruction contractors. at the time i wanted a special origial wood dog gate, My new thing now is the bathroom tile is nasty its gotta go, apt is dream apt though, but i mean ceramic tile with grey, yes grey grout, I feel like i have to mop floor every tenn min then I remeber it grey grout, its never gonna look good,

computer, and when in need of a plumber. I have been offered to be taken food shopping with the gents food stamps, but declined that one. Bartering is great if the gent has something to offer the escort that she deems valuable and worth her time.
