I haven't been on TER for that long (a little over a year), but this is the first I have heard of a girl who has a decent reputation and web presence doing something such as this.  I think it's terrible, and if this is in fact true, then she should be outed and completely ostracized by the hobbying community.  The biggest protection we all have is our anonymity, and when that is threatened it threatens everybody.
