Perusing the ads is now easier without being distracted by other board posts, and there has been less shilling, fluff, and hijacking of ladies' ad posts.  The only concern is that, over the long run, this new policy will result in less participation in the other board posts by you ladies.  So far, this doesn't seem to have occurred, and it would be a real loss if it did.
