Does anyone have experience using Luigi discounts-Does it work with the girls listed?

Stay away from Luigi girls, I don't know about all of them but I know about 6 to 7 girls that he has listed as "verified" that I used to see years ago that are no longer working...It is a scam

I believe CityVibe divestified themselves of him owing to his fishy ways.  He appears to have come back like a bad case of athlete's foot.
