To me this is one of the best holidays in the year. Since, it falls on a Thursday this year I hope many can take a long weekend time off and enjoy! I love that this is a holiday about friends and family getting together for fun. A nice BBQ, days at the beach, out on a boat, seeing the fireworks. These are things that I feel as New Yorkers we are limited to experience.  I myself am taking a week vacation to lots of sun, beach, and no cell reception area. I look forward to having lots of fun!
