Why is your outcall rate so much higher than incall? This seems unusually high.

I get that, of course. Almost everyone charges more for out than in; my point was that it is greater discrepancy than usual. But thanks.

It's the same basic premise as a massage girl who charges 200 and if you ask about FS, it's an extra 600.  It's clearly not something she wants to do, so she makes it excessively expensive.  But she is still willing to do it for the right price.

Some girls charge more for incall, and some charge more for outcall.  It comes down to encouraging the sessions they prefer and discouraging the ones they don't.

There are numerous reasons why someone prefers one over the other.  Security, cost of securing a place, extra time involved in round trip travel.  etc.

Looking at the numbers in this case, I would guess that they have realized that it takes roughly 30 minutes to get around manhattan, so a one hour session costs them 2 hours of time, and they charge accordingly.

Personally, I haven't observed that "almost everyone" charges more for outcall.  I have known many women that charge more for incall.  Usually because they don't have a place and need to get a hotel room if you want incall.  Often, they advertise as outcall only.  

I'd be curious to know, over the long term, which actually costs them more, or if it's close enough to even that it just becomes a matter of preference.

on your contact form that you require both first and last names as well as work verification. Does that not seem excessive. If your posting on TER, then maybe you can accept whitelist referrals as well as provider references. Something you might want to consider to attract a wider group of men.

Outcall also involves travel to and from the client, so unless the provider also charges a separate travel fee (which I've seen from time to time), often Outcall is priced higher to accommodate this trouble and expense.
