I don't know anything about your business dealings so don't take this the wrong way. possibilities include, providers not getting a big enough piece of the pie, untrustworthy women, immaturity, too many rules, unrealistic demands/hours/workload.
...In with the new. I believe that's how the expression goes. I have suspected for some time that both girls and clients were exchanging numbers. Im sure many of you noticed that both Samantha and Bridgette's pages were taken down. That is because they were exchanging numbers.
It is certainly understandable on both sides why this is happenning. More time for clients, more benefits for the girls. Many times a client will call and request a certain girl who is available that day. I will call her with details and either she cant make it because of an emergency or her phone is off. Now I have to call back the client and tell him, "Im sorry she is not available." This makes the agency unreliable. I would rather have a small, reliable crew then several girls who I cannot trust. Now I see why there are so many agencies out there who just dont care. So many are known for bait and switch. They also do not screen their calls and do not care for the girls safety. They will also have some of the worst providers available and do not care about regular clients. Why bother keeping a regular clientele happy when both the girls and clients are exchanging numbers? I try to keep both sides happy, but I can not keep a shedule and I am turning people away. This means that I have to take those girls off the schedule for good. I hate to lose them, because I sincerely like all of them. However, I will no longer continue to do this. I expect a certain amount of repeat appointments. When a girl does not get repeats, she will be taken off the schedule. Those girls can become indys and make their own schedule.
Next week a few of the girls pages will be coming down. Those girls have been spoken to, and yet they continue to give their numbers out. I will now be hiring new people. It just takes a little time finding the right people, but if I have to have a small crew or a high turn over, then I will. Thanks to the same girls who have exchanged numbers with clients, I now know of certain clients who give thier numbers out. You are welcome to use our service in the future, but please know that if you continue to do this I will no longer make arrangements with you. You also help the girl to lose in the long run.

Noted a practice in several agencies in Europe. If a client books with the same provider 5 times, they are then allowed to exchange numbers and do business independent of agency. Guess the practice was openly acknowledged and a compromise position was reached that both parties could live with.
If it was every 5 times, it would not be a problem. However, it's the first or second time. And it's causing a reliability problem. The girls will cancel their days or simply turn their phone off when they are on call. Ive looked the other way too long. It's become a huge problem and I can not keep people on who give out their number. Thank you for your post. Alyssa

If they dont like the piece of pie Im offering, then they should go solo. As for hours, unrealistic demands and workload, I am quite fair with all that. I could understand if I treated people badly, but I do not. I just turned down several regular clients because 1 person left early and 2 didnt show up. This is what I am dealing with just about every day. I like all the girls, but I dont like turning people away when I shouldnt have to. I have a few reliable girls. They will stay on with us but the others are no longer on the schedule. This Thursday and Friday Amber will be on LI.
This weekend Jennifer and Danielle will also be available on LI.
Next weeks schedule will be posted before the weekend.

Call it what you want, stealing is stealing. It does not matter the business, if someone is stealing and underproformming (no pun intended) they have to go. You did the absolutely right thing.
By the way I agree with “1way” go for the boss.

But the phone number stealing guys have it all wrong, they shouldn't bother with the hired help. They should really go for the boss - huba, huba.
I guess the girls feel that you don't have expenses: rent, advertising, cell phone, rooms, gas and the like. Phone number sharing is just straight up stealing. It's no different than a salesperson who is leaving their job and walking out with the owners' rolodex.

Thank you for all your support 1way. I do not wish to anger or scare away any of our clients. I just want some of them to stop encouraging the exchange of numbers. Since certain girls can not resist the urge to give out their number, I must let them go. I would also like the TER hobbyiests to know why certain ladies will no longer be with New York Jewels. And I hope they will know that if they continue to do this, I will continue to take people off the schedule. I hate to let them go, but this is not a hobby for me, it is my bread and butter. I sometimes feel like Im running in place and ultimately getting nowhere. Trying to keep both the girls and the clients happy has become impossible because of this problem. There has been little to no consideration shown for me, so I have to do what is best for me and the agency. Once again, thank you for all your support. You have always been very good to us.

A discount for TER members ? Just curious about this since it is news to me. Not that the listed prices aren't reasonable but I am intrigued.
As a new regular at NYJewels, I can say Allyssa is the upmost sincere host I have come across. She aim to please and satisfy her clients. She knows what is happening and she protecting herself, the girls and the clients. All I can stay I'm glad she really doesn't have balls!!! You go girl!!!
