I'm sooooooooooo glad I need only worry about myself as an indie. I went through the same thing time and time again in the few years I had my outcall and incall establishment. It's not easy being an agency there is a side the cients see but then there is a whole nother side.

If any agency could get just 5 good CONSISTENT girls they'd be #1, when I say good I mean what the boys like but for owners/operators they were reliable, always showed up dressed properly (I've had so many girls brought to me and given out so many pairs of my own dam garters I'm almost garterless now!(almost I have much fun gear!) I had a rule re dress and lingerie w garters and if they showed up incorrect they got sent to me redressed and ripped a 2nd a$$. If you want to play in the "big fields" and work for an agency then you better be prepared to do the correct thing and follow rules, like schedule, dress, treatment of clients, being on time, and  NEVER run off with the $, your gonna show up somewhere..........although I'm still looking for that 4'10 Brazillian Hottie who went to LE and got the place busted but thats another saga and many years ago. If you can't handle working for an agency where all you have to do is get yourself there clean and together then I suggest you either hang it up or either go back to being a sw or perhaps try it if the need if that great. I don't mean to sound harsh, I'm a sweetheart, but it rubs me the wrong way when girls behave like this. Thing about running a place, if your girls gives a bad bj it's just like you giving a bad one, $hit rolls down hill and the agency is at the bottom of the hill. JMHP

I agree with you a 100%. I have to say over the years I have been very fortunate and had the blessing of working with many wonderful ladies. Only a handful have been a problem.. And lucky for us we got rid of them very quickly.
We have that handful of wonderful long term exclusive girls that have helped us build a base of steady friends..
Now you need eyes in the back of your head and the girls are a new breed. Not like the old days where we had a code of ethics...
Although i have been active in circulating in an updated backlist and circulating notification of bad clients and girls.
