As a total newbie I'm hardly in the position to offer advice, but I would certainly recommend setting up a one off with someone you think you'll click with (personality-wise) based on her self description, and then approach her saying that you're looking for a weekly or biweekly situation.

After one session, I'm sure you'll both know whether a regular thing would work. Personally, the idea of a weekly regular sounds lovely
