and not all of us shill for competing agencies and indies by trying to take good agencies and good indies down with fake comments on the board. The facts the way they spell out here are right on target. If someone writes a bad review ( never heard of a 2) they should be comsistent as to why, and back it up.
We know some of the aliases posters are behind the fake bad reviews to disrupt business. If they didn't have an alias, they would do the same with a regular handle. They CANT, however, WRITE A REVIEW as an ALIAS. So don't go by the board comments. Read read read. Research research research. But dont rely on the boards for anything but entertainment and travel schedules. But try to ban the trouble makers, not the alias.
All aliases are not bad, and eliminating the aliases wont stop these people from playing their games.

This is why I say, no matter how you feel about the ALIAS feature, removing this feature will not solve anything. People will just create multiple accounts. As you pointed out, you can't post a review under an ALIAS, so what people end up doing is creating multiple accounts.
