you could always provide a gift of some nicely wrapped toiletry items that would alleviate the problem.

I think this is one for the ladies to advise on. I am sure that there is a diplomatic way to resolve the issue.

what do you do when one of your ATF has vaginosis??? it's a total turn off.the first few times she was great and as fresh as could be. then i saw her... went through the motions but left without cumming and just wanted to leave. i hate to embarrass the provider,(she really is a sweetie) and i know i should have said something...but what???
any thoughts...

Toilety items won't help, medication prescribed by a gyn will. To my understanding, (and it's been alot of years since my training at the Dept of Health many years ago in some boring mandated class I was forced to take to keep my job) but Vaginosis is not sexually transmitted it's just an imbalance of bacteria in the lining of the vagina. Some might not even know they have it, but if you noticed it I'm certain she did. She needs to go see her gyn. This comes from a numer of things, like not cleaning right, doucheing (sp?) not drying it propery, yes sitting around in a wet bathing suit.

She needs a trip her GYN period, no amount of toiletries or even washing  ain't gonna do it.

This can be caused by a number of things. The vaginal canal requires some of the bacteria that many of us providers tend to wash away or douche extra often due to, well what we do.

She could be on antibiotics which also tends to get ris of the good bacteria that eats yeast and other stuff that no one wants to have, see or encounter.

Trust me if you noticed it , then she is fully aware that something is up.

Alot of ladies douche after each encounter, this is NOT good if your using the over the counter medicated ones. Unless of course there are other issues going on I suggest an old fasioned douche bag that you fill with what ever you want, instead of the vinegar and water (which i hate who wants to smell like a salad?)

Personally I do douche after each visit but I use soapy water to clean out my insides and not any medicated douches that can do more harm than good if over used. (I have a few idiosyncricies reguarding cleanliness, even bring toothbrushes for my guests, disposable of course, uless they wanna keep it lol)

Just my thoughts and experiences
