Tonyrocc(a class act) met us at 1ways hotel.

He came with another prominent TER member.

When he selected Lisa we were all at the bar relaxing.

The normal procedure of monitoring a date was not
followed. ie: Didn't record start time - I told Tony
the rate (with the 1way discount), no minimum time, & told he & Lisa to have a blast.

Lisa is one of our best NYConfi's (see reviews) who just returned from cooking school in Montreal.

Lisa thought it was 3 hours at the end.

Tony was a proper gentleman and paid her without arguing.

When we found out that Tony said it was 2 hours,
we immediatly APPOLOGIZED & refunded the 3rd (incorrect) hour.

Normally we track the time carefully.

Lisa must have made a mistake.

I am responsible for everything that happens at
New York Confidential. Therefore this is my mistake,
and I publicly appologize.

We create lifelong world class memories.

We wish this occurred 100% of the time,
but as we all know the human element that makes
hobbying unbelievably fascinating, also
sometimes yields mistakes & less than perfect service.

We are issuing a refund, should we do more? (we will)



ps Thank goodness 1way was in his own world &
knew nothing of this until his
DOUBLE PLATINUM HOURS were a beautiful memory...
