TER user Hyabby put up a posting regarding the recent downfall of Jason and NY Confi and dragged out something that I posted back in April 2004 on the NY Board in defense of Jason when I thought he was my friend before he revealed his true colors.
FOR NO LEGITIMATE PURPOSE, Hyabby put up a link to this posting I made in April 2004 and in doing so, he is subjecting me to not only humiliation to those who know me as scriptfixer, but also damaging my credibility and respectability in this community. Jason is a con artist and I was taken in by him as a result of his charisma and smooth talk; that's what con artists do. That is their skill. Jason is very good at it. I stopped associating with him when he revealed his true colors to me.
For Hyabby to expend the time and effort to hunt down and drag out this nearly one year old posting of mine and post a link to it on today's board is not only what I feel is a violation of the spirit of the Discussion Board, but downright mean spirited and I feel he should be dealt with in an appropriate manner. Does Hyabby think he is more honorable than those his so publicly criticizes? I am livid that this guy would go to the time and effort to do something to humiliate me like this for no legitmate purpose. He actions do nothing but drag this Board further down into the gutter and through the mud that so many of us are so very tired of dealing with. You owe me an apology Hyabby. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Hyabby is a stand up guy and I for one know that he would not do anything to malign your character, but the point was to put jayson down. So take a chill pill and relax. Lets start having fun like we are supposed to do. Hyabby, if he hurt your feeling
then I am sure you will hear from him!

Hyabby did malign my character by dragging out something I said a year ago and posting a link to it. No purpose was served by this other than to imply, Hey, here's this guy who's now making jokes about Jason, but a year ago he was extolling his virtues.
Why did he need to drag out something I said a year ago and post it. He's like news media people who dig up old issues about politicians from their distant past that bear no relevance to the present, and make it public just because they can.
And what makes Hyabby such a respected member of the TER community?

I do have to admit your post about asking how to edit your original post was funny. I admire you more now that you have since gone back on those posts and rechanged your ID back to Scriptfixer and explained why: that you had been duped by that Comfi character.
What I don't get is lashing out at Hyabby( I call him Sir H from time to time) as he's been a well respected member on thse boards
for some time now. I admire his tastes in the ladies as well as his recommendations.Even VR had picked up on your posting flip flops and made a joking comment.
....but let's move on!

post anything on this board explaining that to everyone? Did you publicly acknowledge that all your former praise of Jason and NYConfidential was wrong?

Thanks for asking this question, as it occurred to me as well. I don't recall seeing anything from Scriptfixer which was either critical of NY Confidential/Jason.
There are enough out right lies, rumors, and slanders on this board that to complain about someone digging out and old post of yours which is the truth is too ridiculous for words.
He must be smoking pot.
