First of all, the providers who work at these brothels are not anywhere close to GFE. You may be able to get a BBBJ or DATY, but that would depend largely on how well they know you and how comfortable they are with you. Kissing, either DFK or LFK is almost exclusively out of the question. Not much YMMV. Also, you come, you're done! No second cup offered! If you pay for an hour, and you're done in forty minutes, that's it! You can negotiate once you are in the room, but your conversation is monitored and there are closed circuit cameras.
If you want a quickie, (Say half an hour) you might be able to party for $$, especially if it's during the week, and things are slow. The girls have to pay room and board, so they can barter to a certain extent, but there are minimums they can accept. You can sit in the lounge and talk to the ladies all you want, but unless you're a regular they will expect you to purchase services eventually.
