You must remember age is all relative. For an 18 year old male (you) a 29 year old woman is closing in on 30. I've not met Gina but I think you are being a pretty harsh here. TER has been a great way to meet some great ladies. I have generally spent a nice time with them and, no they have not called me to hang out, but I never expected that to begin with. If you feel people (yes they are PEOPLE) are "roast beef" then you need to try something else. The thing I have enjoyed MOST about TER is that it is not and has not been a devisive, flame-throwing environment...people are nice and help each other out, hobbiests and providers alike. If you don't like someone, you're free to post a review or not, it's your choice...and then just move on. No need to cut people down. Go to UG for that.

I've been on the boards a while, though see incredibly few, like three a month, not a day!, and most are exclusive with me.
Re age/ experience, I also know that I'm infinitely better as a companion now than I was in my early-mid 20's, when I scarcely knew what to do/ how to do it, not to mention having yet to learn the art of seduction, playfulness, and so much more. With regards to age, it is just a number. Some of the greatest experiences EVER have been with ladies in their 30s (THANK YOU AGAIN, GEM!!!!). I find them interesting, worldly, mature and very sensual.

I find your comments insulting and degrading to older providers. Most hobbyists will agree that experience can often mean superior service. time I got frustrated by the lack of info on the type of ladies I like or have witnessed undue praise or scrutiny on ladies, I just accept that this review system is flawed and learn to adopt to those imperfections.
There is no use to yell or scream at people. One joined TER for information they found relevant. If many people decided that the current system works fine for them and they are willing to follow those recommendations, let them. You can always ignore or leave this scene.
However, if you are not willing to put in the hard work (or endure the occasional rejections) of submitting reviews, it is hard to complaint about those who did do a terrible job.
(One of the reasons why I submitted so many reviews was because I wanted to give my honest opinions to counter those inflated ones so that someone else can use them as a reference. For that, I have resisted temptations to use my TER handle as a tool of reference.)
