Oh I'm not frustrated, just pissed off. This is when being a moderator gets to be fun! (When I stop hearing, "Thirsty is such a nice guy!" 
I just think common sense is all too often in short supply in this world.

Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere.
It takes an aweful lot to piss me off but I'm getting pissed off! I try to be a nice guy but if people take advantage of that...well, as I've written previously, I have the final vote here. I don't want to (I don't have to moderate on Boston) but I will have to start using moderation status here more until things calm down. I didn't even have to moderate people when I came back after Dingus15 left. WTF???
I want to moderate my way and I will continue to do so for people who can handle unmoderated status.

Sorry to hear that some don't follow the rules. You do a great job here and most of us appreciate it!

When somebody posts something that makes them look bad, I leave it up. I think I've explained that a few times.
Porn links? Are you talking about the nude pictures. If you consider that porn, you are in the wrong business.
Just curious...why did you choose to post this under an alias. You do realize that moderators can see the username of anyone who posts using an alias. I don't mind you disagreeing with me but who are you hiding from with the alias?

The examples you're looking for should be obvious. For the most part, they haven't been removed.

I agree about the picture threads sometimes being too much. I encourage a little off topic posting but people have to use some restraint. Maybe it's an NY thing? (I know I'm going to get some heat for that...just kidding
Members shouldn't have to search through a half page of extraneous posts to find the schedule/ads and ISOs. At the same time, I don't want to censor the board community's collective personality.
Some well-meaning local posters have trouble seeing when certain threads stop being funny, cute or diversionary and instead become "bla, bla, bla."
I guess I'll just have to be a little more heavy handed when threads start to get old or go over the top.
Whatever I do with this situation, everybody is not going to be happy. I won't lose any sleep over that fact.
Believe it or not, this is where moderating gets to be fun.
