is it just me or does the NY review site sometime seem like one big unpaid ad for Julie's?

The reason Julie's girls have so many great reviews is that she runs a great operation:  Quality providers at reasonable rates. The providers that have gotten poor reviews simply are asked to leave. She maintains a constant dialogue with her clients (on a members only discussion board) and always monitors what's going on to assure quality.  She does it the way it should be done.
I have been going to Julie's for the past 10 months and have never had a real bad session. I've seen very few girls more than once because she is constantly bringing in new providers and some that were there leave after a while, so there's always lots to chose from.  There are lots of guys that agree, just do a search for reviews on only her girls (search by her phone 212-977-1376).  She is very careful about screening her girls and making sure they provide what the guys want, she offers a good variety of body types, nationalities, etc., and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy.  Julie is one of the finest people in this industry, Period.

On an entirely  different perspective, doesn't this great popularity concern you even a little bit? In other words, when does a bird get big enough to attract attention? I truly wouldn't be excited to witness a bust while on premises...

Whippet is entirely correct. I have seen the same pattern
in the past- now accelerated by sites like this that provide
"probable cause" for LE.

Next to go down: West Garden Spa- too many reviews and
too much detail thereon.

...I've been  to Julie's quite a few  times. Beside   great  ladies,,Security  always seems  really  good, both  upfront, and in the background.. Besides, her  parrot can smell LE  a mile away ---;).

In the few months I've been a client, this thought has come to mind.  I believe that there's some risk like what you describe, but no more so than any other place like hers.  Without going into detail, she is very careful in managing her traffic, and does other things as well that helps to preclude this from happening.  The only real drawback to her popularity at this point is the advance planning one must go through to see the girl of his choice (ie-making an appointment).  But if you can plan a day in advance, it's still no problem.  And if your choice calls in sick or something there's a very high quality of alternative providers.  Almost all of her girls are GFE.

I also don't like the thought of going through an agency, esp a high profile one....  A bust has got to be imminent....  Have always had the best times with reliable indies.  So, being just a frequent visitor to the city, where do you find the best indies?

I run a search on TER for the city I am interested in, sorted in performance order. The higher ranked providers show on top of he list. I narrow the search by plugging in values for those services I might require, like DFK.  The providers that show up on the search, at least initially, appear to provide the services I want.  I look at each one's list of reviews primarily to see if anyone that reviewed that provider has seen a girl I have been with, so I can sort of compare apples to apples for consistency.  I also look at the number of reviews per provider (I usually stay away from girls with only 1 or 2 reviews), and the consistency of the reviews, like, if a girl has say 6 reviews in the 7-9 range, along with a couple of reviews in the 3-4 range, that is suspect (YMMV, is not consistent with her clientele, etc.).  I'd rather see up there 7 or 8 reviews in the 7-9 range, or something like that for consistency.  I also read all the reviews for my short list of providers I've chosen from the initial search.  I think it tells me a little about the provider's attitude, and I have a better read on what to expect.  If all else fails I just pick the provider with the biggest tits!!  NO NO NO!! JUST KIDDING!!  But I do love using TER.  I think of it as a research tool for my tool.

I am a bit delayed with this reponse-but have not had internet service for about 10 days.  All I can say-is I have been to Julies about 4 times, and have been treated extremely well by her and her girls.  Elanya-gives some of the best bbbjtc around.
