I think it is largely a matter of age.   I am 61, and I have a hard time with two orgasms in one hour, which was no problem a couple of years ago.    I have never done better than 2 in one hour; but then again, I haven't tried.   I do remember a time about 7 years ago when I did 3 in two hours, but that is a fading memory for me.

Not only is it a matter of time, but also one of your health.  I am 56 and a diabetic (type2) on a number of medications.  I book multiple hour sessions so that I can "reload".  Even then, and with the help of the magic "blue" pill, I may only be good for one other blow.  The most I have achieved in three hours was three....and all the credit must go to the lovely lady that worked, untiredly, on me to make it happen.

Funny you should say this.   I am also a type 2 diabetic and I have had my prostate removed, so I am hardly in good health.  I agree that at 61 it takes a real effort to the lovely ladies who make it happen.   A few of them can still get me to go twice in an hour, but that is getting more rare, no matter who the provider may be.
