Wrong, Bloomberg (now that he's got himself in
trouble by backing gay marriage) will turn
into a Giuliani and crack down on this
victimless hobby.  Stay with known outcall
sources only that week, don't risk decoys,
I wouldn't even fool with incalls.
  You could rely on very low key reliables
like World Class Encounters or Mona Lisa (outcall
that week IMHO) but of course they're smart
careful people I doubt they'd take strangers
that week.

have other more serious issues to deal with and prevent.

Just bear in mind that we have a Republican mayor, and that John Ashcroft is still Oberfuhrer of the Dept. of Injustice.  It would not surprise me if there was a major crackdown on providers to discourage activities during the convention.

That said, there is going to be alot of horny elephants roaming our fair city.

can providers go on strike?

imagine no service to the Republicans here in August...maybe we can raise a strike fund to make up the difference.   It would be sort of like a political contribution.
