I know Christine McQueen personally.  She is a friend of mine.  That is who the photos are of.  Her pictures can be found all over the internet.  It is 100% not her who is advertising on Backpage.  Besides, she is Australian.

On the upper right of the BP ad is a "Report Ad" button.

Does the owner of the infringed material (Christine McQueen) have to be the person to report illegal use of copyrighted pictures or "stolen pics"?  Can anyone do that?

I don't know about the partypartyparty ad.  But a "takedown" warning could get the ISP to remove the pictures, also.  

("Takedown" is about digital media rights, not about LE breaking down the doors and hauling people off to the pokey.
