My gut would say B&S. I've never heard of them, as they didn't have any reviews up until the day you posted, and surprisingly, we now have four reviews with 9s and 10s.

There are certain companies whose business model is:

Get a bunch of so so providers;
Get flashy marketing (website, newspaper ads, etc.);
Charge $500-600 hour
Let a couple of suckers try it
When the word spreads that it's B&S, close your doors and start over.

There are ways to spot them that should be obvious to most hobbiests, I would think.
